SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

 The simple present tense = pekerjaannya berulang-ulang
-kata bantu yang digunakan = do = I,we,they,dan sejenisnya
                                         does = he,she,it,dan sejenisnya
-kata kerja yang dipakai = V1 (kata kerja pertama atau to infinitive)
-pada kalimat (+) subyek orang ketiga tunggal ditambahkan s,es pada kata kerjanya.
-keterangan waktu yang dipakai : everyday,every morning,every week,twice a week,once a week and so on.
-Biasa juga menggunakan kata adverb of frequency seperti :     always,usually,generally,often,seldom,ever,never,and so on.

contoh:
a.) (+) The student play basket ball in the yard
     (-)  They don't play volly ball in the yard
     (?)  Do they play basket ball in the yard?yes,they do
     (qw) Where do they play basket ball ? in the yard
             What do they play in the yard ? basket ball

b.) (+) my father goes to his office everyday
     ( -) he doesn't go to his shop everyday
     (?) does he go to his shop everyday ? no,he doesn't
     (qw) where does he(my father) go everyday ? to his office
             when does he(my father) go to his office ? everyday
